Our Fees are Reasonable
During your free consultation we will review your income, expenses, assets and other issues like wage garnishments, lawsuits, repossession or foreclosures to determine how much work you case will take. We will quote you a reasonable fee based upon how much work is involved. In most cases our fees will be flat fees. That means the fee is for the whole case from start to finish. There are some things that can happen though where additional fees will be required. Our retention agreement has the most common possible extra cost situations listed for you to review when you retain our services.
We Answer Our Phones Personally
Ryan C. Wood answers the phone personally the old fashion way. You will not be stuck getting transferred to this person only to have to leave a message for another person. When you call our office you will be able to get your question answered normally the first time you call. There are times when you may have to leave a message, but we return all calls within 24 hours of receiving them. This part of the personal service we think you deserve when you hire someone to help you.
